Greenbay Northern landscaping is located in Richmond Hill we provide service anywhere from Newmarket to North York including ;Markham, Maple and Vaughn.In 2001 Siamak Bay, a university graduate in agriculture and plant breeding, established Greenbay Northern Landscaping in richmond hill. At first with a small crew (less than 10) he provided lawn and garden services, but soon Greenbay Northern Landscaping expanded by hiring more skilled staff to fulfill the demand for all type of landscape services including; landscape design, paving stone interlocking, retaining walls, pool and patio, custom fence and deck and etc..

However, soon enough, the company signed a large contract in 2001 for sodding and grading in new subdivisions around Toronto’s suburbs. This was a huge step for Greenbay, as it allowed the company to blossom. After a few years of success, the company began to take on larger projects and slowly led to the Construction division opening in Greenbay Northern Ltd in the year 2004.

Siamak Bay is the Founder of Greenbay Northern Ltd. Being from an immigrant background He learned about Canadian culture and ultimately decided in 2001 that it was time to open his own business, Greenbay Northern Ltd. The company began in his small apartment kitchen, and a crammed desk was where Siamak would spend nights working hard on his vision. Originally, the company began with Landscape maintenance and lawn care programs.

Projects like retaining walls, steps, and paving stones began to find demand, and Greenbay would finish projects fast and effectively leaving customers satisfied. Along the way, Siamak always made sure to remember that the job is not finished, as to succeed, he must adapt. He continued his education and refined his craft in his industry. He earned certificates and awards in the Canadian Landscape Nursery Association (CNLA) and Landscape Ontario as well as becoming a Certified Landscape Manager (CLM) and Certified Fusion Landscape Professional (FLP).
This year was the 22th anniversary of Greenbay Northern Ltd. The company has all the necessary equipment, tools, and vehicles to run any landscape project of any size. Yet, from his perspective, these are not assets. His company’s main assets are his team, who dedicate themselves to the details and fundamentals of the job’s standards to complete projects efficiently. Finally, Siamak admits that customers who have shown him their support for the last twenty years positively impact the company. He appreciates his clients as Siamak and his team could not have grown to where they are now without their customers’ support.
